Lucas Cupkovic has over 10 years experience representing clients in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate; including condominium units, co-ops, multi-unit buildings, single family homes, office space, and industrial properties. He has also worked with both landlords and tenants in the drafting of commercial and residential leases.

Lucas has further counseled clients on corporate formation for their businesses, including the drafting of complex By-Laws and Operating Agreements to meet the clients’ needs.

Lucas works with clients for their general business needs as well, including contract review, corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions), employment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, non-compete agreements, severance agreements, vendor agreements and loan agreements.
